We are very happy to introduce you to our latest software feature - Kiosk!
The goal of Kiosk is simple: to enable your selected users to quickly and easily report Observations, Hazards and Incidents as soon as they occur. Whether used in a fixed location or through our mobile app, Kiosk makes sure that reliable reporting is always available to your staff.
The strength of this feature lies in it's fast and effecient reporting. Your Users won't have to remember a complicated combination of user names and passwords, instead they will log in with any of the following:
- Email Address
- Phone Number
- Staff ID
(You'll be able to choose what login method best suits your employees)
The user is then brought to the streamlined reporting form, which allows your team to capture vital hazard and incident information.
We know that when an incident occurs, time is of the essence. With this in mind, the Kiosk feature allows for a fast automatic logout/ timeout. This encourages a 'report and walk away' environment, where employees are empowered to act fast knowing that the system is always there to support them.
The data is then reported straight to the Engage EHS system, where you can then use the Insights feature to hone in on areas that need attention.
