1. Demonstrations of our newest feature: Insights
Insights is designed to help our users to make sense of the data that they collect through our health and safety management system. Gathering data is only part of the job - how you interpret that data informs the actions that you take in the future. Some features of Insights include:
Filters: Insights allows you to filter and categorise the information you collect from the Effective system. Sort by Location, Groups and many other criteria.
Incidents Insights: Quickly see the number and type of incidents that have occurred over a certain period of time. Visual representations of your data let you easily see trends developing and enables you to take action.
Actions Insights: Action Insights lets you see priorities by module, and quickly see how many Actions you currently have, how many have been completed/ closed, and how many have been assigned.
2. Demonstrations of our mobile safety app: Engage
Engage allows employees to report incidents and hazards with ease, using a simple, card-based view. Users can upload images, set locations, assign categories and classifications, among many other features.
Report and view Hazards/Near Misses/Close Calls - Quickly capture hazard information including description, classification and associated images and location.
Capture and report an incident - Report an incident directly from mobile. The aspects of a new incident can be reported directly from mobile. Remaining incident details can be added later online to the complete incident report.
Capture and view actions - The app supports reporting of actions associated with hazards or incidents.
Synchronise all data with the Effective Cloud Platform - Everything reported is sent to the Effective platform online, available for further work, action or reporting.
