Reduction In LTI Rate
Hazards Reported Per Month
Coveris Case Study
The most obvious result of Coveris moving to Engage EHS came with the month-end reports. Where it used to take several days to gather the various spreadsheets and elements from different sources, the reports are now completed within hours. The software has also helped to support Coveris’ commitment to proactive safety. In the past 12 months, the LTI rate has reduced by 83%, part of which Steve credits to the Engage EHS platform. Another win is the reduction of their severity rate from 1.8% to 0.3%, again with some credit due to Effective Software.
DX Group Case Study
DX Groups initial challenge was to find a software solution to centralise all health and safety data, they were delighted with the all-in-one system that Engage EHS brought to the table. Before the implementation of the software, if an accident occurred and an investigation was put in place, the likes of training records and risk assessments took a lot of time and effort to pull together.
"The efficiency of this smart system has allowed Auditors to reduce time inspecting and spend a greater amount of time educating and progressing with the onward safety journey"

BOC Gases Case Study
The Engage mobile app lets users create and complete ad-hoc audits anywhere, online or offline. Images can be attached to audits which are completed with electronic sign-off. The Audits module also provides excellent oversight for the entire business, with a notification platform that allows the team to see any changes that are made or anything that is missed or overdue.
Hazards Reported Per Year
Tiptree Case Study
Since implementing the Engage EHS system, the rate of accidents has been falling. At the same time, the number of observations, near-misses and hazards being reported has risen. The data produced by the software allows the team to prove that observations are being actioned and closed off. The Training module has been very beneficial to the company. Not only does the company know who has had training in a certain area, it is also using the software to schedule refresher courses for its staff.
"The number of reports has risen over time while with accidents, there is a reverse trend. The number of accidents is actually falling (since using the software)"
- Stephen Cook
- Health and Safety & HR Manager
