Making the move from a paper-based system to software

Difficulty gathering data for reports with old system
With a paper-based system, it was difficult for Catherine and her team to generate the monthly reports that they needed. Using the Effective Software Reporting feature, reports can be collated across multiple KPI’s, and management can be more proactive with the data they gather.
The old system had problems when it came to reporting incidents or ensuring that audits and checklists were completed. With the Effective Software Incidents module, there has been a 100% increase in near-miss reporting, 97.5% compliance in the Plant module, and an average of 90% compliance with contractor documentation.
