Improving the capabilities of your H&S system
Before partnering with Engage EHS, Tony Reville and his team at Kilsaran International had spent 14 years using a paper-based safety system. With Engage EHS, they found a system that allowed them to share information across their 26 locations, unlimited by licence numbers.
Finding a system that helps you stay compliant
In 2017, the Engage EHS system helped the Road Surfacing division of Kilsaran to achieve the prestigious Safe – T Cert accreditation. The Engage EHS system was singled out for praise by auditors, helping Kilsaran Road Surfacing achieve a B grade on their initial inspection
Managing multiple categories of training
Tony and the health and safety team in Kilsaran now use the Training module to manage all training throughout the organisation. The systems use of notifications and emails ensure no-one is left untrained
“We have so many categories of training to do within our organisation to keep our compliance complete, and Engage EHS makes it so easy
- Tony Reville
- Group Health & Safety Manager at Kilsaran International
A system that brings health and safety to everyone in the Kilsaran Group
Before partnering with Engage EHS, Tony Reville and his team at Kilsaran International had negative experiences with safety management software. Their former system had little to no connectivity and was limited to a certain number of licences.
The Engage EHS system has changed this across the organisation. Working closely with the Engage EHS onboarding team, Kilsaran was able to rollout the live system to all 26 of their locations in 3 months, and over a 9 week period achieved full implementation and training of the system.
Tony was particularly impressed by the Incident Reporting and Training modules. The Incident module allows employees to report accidents and hazards as soon as they occur, sharing the information out to the whole organisation.
