Centralising and standardising data for multiple sites

Each of the 15 TruckEast sites had over 80 risk assessments, and their previous software provider was not meeting their management needs. Using Effective Software, they now how a central database for important documents, making the information available to everyone and helping employees to do their job quickly and easily.

Proving compliance in an industry where it is vital

The Effective system lets TruckEast managers see compliance across different sites using the Insights feature. The mobile aspect of the system means that more employees are engaged in reporting hazards and near-misses.
